View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Last week I hit 220 and then my weight just popped up to 223 and stayed there all week and then this morning 224!!! for the PAW January weigh in! Grrr. Last week I was focused and logged my food all week. I got 6 green checks. My exercise was great. I just felt so strong during all my runs (my natural pace is just getting faster and I just feel great when I run), personal training and swimming laps. Also my clothes have been fitting so much better and I have been getting more compliments.
I do notice that I am more swollen in my hands than I have been in a couple of years. I am not sure what is going on there. I am a very good water drinker and am working on decreasing my diet soda intake. I try to just have 1 or 2 glasses of diet soda a day.
My plan this week is to do the same thing I did last week and just see if my body is just retaining extra fluid. If things donít change I am going to have to look more closely at my food. I am going to focus on those NSV right now and hope the scale shapes up!
I was so excited for my daughter. Since we started this biggest loser program and are doing 2 workouts with a PT she said that her jeans are loser and she was happy about that. During our workout last Friday she looked so much stronger and she said she felt really good. She said overall she notices that she feels better and has more energy. She does seem perkier! She is also starting to work out on her own. She told me she wants to run a 5k with me. She had me pick one out for herÖ..W e picked one that is on Easter morning
My friendís father passed away yesterday morning. I am not surprised it happened so fast. I am not sure what he funeral arrangements are yet, but it looks like I will have to do some traveling this week.
