Yesterday I had my face to face meeting with the nutritionist (I get this once a month with the plan I bought). I am really liking this. It was 1 hour to just talk about me, my history and how I feel about food, discuss ways to manage food and my emotions. She reviews my food journal and gives me small tips of things that I can do to improve my nutrition. She also writes down small goals for me to tweak what I am doing. He is to another Monday. -1 for me this week. 221.5. I will take it. I was very good about logging the entire week. The quality of food was OK. I need to work on my snacking and having better quality food.

Usually Thursday morning I have to do a big tempo run BUT I have that 4mile race this Saturday so I only had to do a 4 mile run @ an easy pace. I kind of have a good and bad feeling. It was nice that it was a quick and easy run, I felt wonderful during the run BUT now I feel like I just warmed up and I am now at work and my body feels like it wants to run more and it is driving me a little crazy. I have a lot of nervous energy now.

Monday, February 13th 2012

Down 1.5 pounds this week. 222.5. I am happy with that. I followed the nutritionist suggestions of increasing my calories. I kept the 1600 base calories CK suggests but I ate back most of my exercise calories (I wear a heart rate monitor, so it is as accurate as you can get). So I intentionally ate many more calories than I would normally plan to eat. I tried to keep the calories, good calories but did have a treat each day.

The Biggest Loser Challenge did not happen last night. I guess they did not have enough people. Bummer.
