Yesterday, logged all my food, ate a little over 2,000 Calories. The good thing is all the nutrients were all OK but I was only a little over with sugar. I was hungry when I went to bed (or I felt hungry). If I just stuck with 1 serving of frozen yogurt! We love Fro Yo (those places where you can fill your own cup with frozen yogurt) but it is so had to only take a half a cup. I always end up with 2 cups worth. But is was a great evening.

I feel good about logging all of my food still...

OK. My goals this week are to blog daily and log all my food again. Goal 1 will be accomplished soon and yesterday I logged everything and was just under 2,000 calories. I really tried to listen to my body if it was hungry. I was over calories but aomost all nutrients were in check! Sodium was just a smidge over. Felt good to have that control! I enjoyed my exercise rest day.

When I finally got done running the girls around last night I started cleaning the house....really cleaning ...

Friday at work was as horrible as I thought it would be. People were stunned that an entire department was eliminated. Today we now get to figure out how to get our projects done without a graphics department. Remember that we are a publishing company and do not have a graphics department.

It was nice to have a 3 days weekend to get away from work. I honestly did not think of work at all until this morning. I just need to focus on managing my projects and not get caught up in drama. ...

Well. Yesterday was a going great until I got confirmation from our new a** hole CEO he is eliminating our ENTIRE art department. That is 4 people. Of course he is keeping the gal he hired 3 months ago to coordinate all the artwork (even though he is not sure if she has the right experience). I have worked with these 4 people for 5+ years. I have been with this this company working on 12 years now. He is getting rid of all the old. He says the Project Managers (I am a PM) and the IT staff ...

I had to travel for work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They were very long days of standing and helping conference attendees. I did not even pretend that I was going to work out during the travel, on these kinds of trips I am just too tired and then crash in the hotel room. Eating wise was not great during travel. I did not binge but I pretty much ate fast food because it was the easiet. I rarely eat fast food anymore. I only ate breakfast lunch and dinner, no snacks. Honestly it was kind...
