Well there is a reason I should weigh myself everyday and not take a break from weighing in.....229 sigh.....

The funny thing is that I don't feel that big, I usually can tell when my weigh gets that high because I am more giggly and have more muffin top.

Day 3 of logging everything. Yesterday was a great day all day at work eating wise, never felt crazy hungry all day. Even when I got home I was not too hungry. Eating the right food really does help curb hunger. I got home and then there was 1 last piece of that cookie cake. You know I really did not "want" it. I think I just had the last piece because that is what I usually would do BUT I ate it anyway.....I was going to only have 1/2 a piece but ended up having 1 full piece. I...

I call yesterday a success! I only added one thing to my plan, at Panera I had half of the bread that is served with the salad (I know I could have said I did not want it BUT I wanted it and only ate half and was totally OK with it). It felt great. I had foods I enjoyed and did not feel deprived at all. I actually felt in control! I woke up this morning so happy and ready to do it again.

I konw it has only been 2 days of planning and logging but it is a heck of a lot better than I have...

Yesterday was a great day overall. Had a personal training appointment, it was the first time to do any kind of strength training since the half. I was a little nervouse but I did pretty good.

Nutrition was great yesterday. It was my best nutrition day ever. I was Perfect on Calories. I went 28g over on the carbs and only 1 gram over on the fiber (all based on the ranges the nutritionist gave me) but everything else was green.

The entire day I did not "feel" hungry. ...
