I give yesterday's eating a C. I wanted to snack on everything yesterday, I was in a very munchy mood. The good thing is that I logged as I ate and it stopped me from going crazy over, just a little over. Yesterday work was stressful and this was probably the main trigger and it is also almost that time of the month for me which makes it a little worse.
Still at 227.75, Glad to maintain. Hopefully for the week I will see a 1-2 pound loss. Slow and steady is my motto right now. I just think it would be great to get through the holiday season without gaining!
This morning was my first Tempo run since training for the half marathon. I have sure enjoyed the 3-4 mile easy runs during the week! This morning was a 2 mile warm up and then 2x2 miles at tempo pace (10:15-10:30). Well I barely made the 10:30 pace it was a tough run BUT I feel so good today. I have tons of energy! Tomorrow is a 6-8 mile run!!! Luckily it is at an easy pace and my neighbor is going to join me for the last 3 miles.
My oldest daughter Clara needed some new jeans and she has had the best of luck finding jeans at goodwill. We went and got 4 pairs of jeans, 2 pairs of athlectic pants, 2 sweaters, 1 shirt, A Tommy Hilfigure windbreaker pull over (only $4.00, I have been wanting one forever, not necessarily TH, but they are always $60ish so I would never pick on up), A fleece jacket and Another light jacket for layering.....ALL this for $40.00. It is hard to find 1 or 2 pairs of jeans for $40.00. We were so happy. I cannot get Elizabeth to buy into goodwill, she thinks ewwwww, but she is my Diva. Clara is my thrifty girl. It takes all kinds for this world
Today at work I have almost hit my sugar and carb limit. There was this cake (but I only had 1 piece). Tonight the goal is just protien and some kind of veggie!
