View SAXONHARP's food & exercise for this day
Yesterday's eating was pretty good. Kept it just under 1,900 calories and nutrients were alll just a smidge over, not horrible. Had a personal training session last night, I will probably only have 2 more with Scott. I have been personal training with him for about 3.5 years now. He is moving!!! I am going to miss him. He is a PT/Chiropractor, he has gotten me through all my races and has been a great trainer and friend. There is another gal at our community center that I will train with. I have trained with her a couple of times and she is good. It might do me some good to change things up a little BUT I will really miss Scott.
It is official, I am going to be a pace coach for our Spring Training team
Big River Running has 3 stores and they are having informational meetings at each store and would like all the pace coaches to be there. The first one is December 11th. It will be interesting to see what it like to go to an information meeting as a pace coach, I am looking forward to it.
Knowing that training team is starting in about 7 weeks will hopefully make me more motivated to get in better shape. Right now I am motivated and hopefully it will help me get through December with a loss instead of a gain.
