Ok, trying a hairbrain fad diet. Honestly, I am just having trouble getting started and I think this will kick me off. HCG...yes I said it. First day, I have a headache, but my stress level due to finances are a little high, so that's normal.
Weighed 149 this a.m. ready to get ten off pronto then back to the 1500 calorie regimem. My birthday is around the corner. sigh

Been trying to lose 10 since April. I gained 10. Tipped the scale at 152 today. That is scary!
Signed up for bootcamp and getting serious about logging. Changing my routine. Get up earlier and go to bed earlier. I want to step into 49 as a size 4 again!

. I am off to a good start this a.m. as far as food goes...and I have a plan. No excercise today but I will do some lunges down the hall and some hall squats between appts.
Yay....I am ready. I weighed 144 this morning. I want to be 135 but am going to try to get to 130 so my fluctuation doesn't ever go over 135.

I met my goal weight. What a journey. Now I am adjusting it downward, not focusing on the scale but on how I want my body to look. I am almost there. This is a lifetime change, something I have to reconcile with daily.

I am hoping I can settle into a life of moderation and excercise and feel balance and peace daily with my up and down struggle. There seems to be so many more spiritual things to be concerned with, however I have learned that being in control of my daily intake/output ...
