Okay, so I've decided to blog about my weight loss. My thoughts, mishaps, and ideas. I've slowly gained weight for the past few years. All of a sudden, I step on the scale and I weigh 170 lbs! How did that happen?! So I'm on a mission, dedicated to get back to a "normal" weight. I don't need to (or want to be) stick thin. I have curves and I'm happy to, I don't want to lose them. I'm 5'8" so at my goal of 135 I should be thin, but not anorexic. I want to enjoy life and food! I LOVE to cook and entertain friends! I'd rather weigh a few extra pounds than give up little indulgences and the things I love. I hope to make new friends!
