I have been feeling really great this past week or two - I get this overwhelming feeling of being happy and content in my body... feeling joyful and excited to be living in this healthy body that gets stronger every day.
Although I am technically finished my month of raw food, I don't want to give it up. I am loving all the food I am eating. I find myself getting really excited for my big bowl salads for lunch... with blueberries and alfalfa sprouts and sunflower seeds and tomato, and celery... and then making a homemade tahini mustard dressing.... it's just SO GOOD!
And then with all the yoga I am doing ... my body feels incredible. I feel more strong, calm, and comfortable in my body than I possibly ever have... despite being around 25 pounds heavier than I would like to be.
It's beautiful to love life this much and I am reveling in that right now.
