Sunday, March 7th 2010I just returned to work (ok its for myself, but it still a full time job) after a 2 year hiatis. WOW I am not doing well with taking breaks to eat and adding exercise to my day. We have also had a rash of birthday dinners (tonight is one) so my food choices were smart for what I was offered. On a budget and minimal food in the house has been a challenge. Never the less I am strong and I am making it. Tomorrow is a new day and I will succeed.

Tuesday, February 16th 2010Ok, I bought the stuff and didn't realize somehow (???) that it had so much saturated fat! It all started when I wanted pancakes. I have been wanting pancakes for ages! So my boyfriend and I were looking for an acceptable syrup. Got one and WHAM! I got blasted with Sat Fat!!!! The last week has actually been really bad for that. I have, however, learned a lot from this experience. Hmmm....natural foods are best.....obviously....but there are ways to have your "junk" and eat it ...
