Life is definitely a journey and I have reached the part in my journey to finally start to take of myself. I stopped thinking of myself as a failure because I could never stick to a diet and lose the weight. So I just pick myself up and try again. I recently got the book "The Flex Diet" by James Beckerman, M.D. and is providing me with many aha moments and light bulb moments. For the first time in my life I am counting calories. I have tried to rationalize in more ways than I can count as to why to not count calories. So here I am, a newbie to CK and joining a group.
