I'm a newbie and would love to hear how everyone is doing! I joined in March and was doing great until mid-June when I had to go on a week-long trip for work. Some family drama and a vacation later and I am over 280 lbs. again. I am ready to get going and do what it takes to lose this weight! Also, a quick question...do most of you track your calories using CK throughout the day or do you plan your next day the night before using CK? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
