Hello! Week 3 of our little group challenge! If you are new to this this is the way the challenge works:
To start off:
Help us work together as a team to meet or exceed our minutes exercise or activity goal. As the minutes are recorded throughout the week I will keep track of the group levels.
Each individual will tell me what they would like to burn in terms of calories for the week. I keep track of who has recorded & burned as it goes into the group goal.
You can participate in EITHER or BOTH goal challenges - it's up to you!
At the end of the week, I will also post how we as a group did compared to how we planned.
The goal of this challenge is to motivate you to set a goal number of minutes each week and try to attain or even beat that goal.
If you want to participate this week, please let me know:
- Which goals you would like to participate in (minutes / kcal or both)
- What your goals are for the week (how many minutes/calories would you like to burn)
If everyone can add your amounts that you want as a personal goal, I will tally everyone up for our group goal.
Then when you exercise and have a chance, post to this thread! Also, in your post, please tally up your minutes and calories so I have a check figure for my spread sheet. It makes like so much easier to have a check figure. That is the accountant coming out in me! Thanks so much!
