Happy Dance!

This morning I lost 2.2lbs and reached my first major goal of 20lbs lost. This was hard won! Now onto my next goal of reaching 225.

I hope everyone else has had a great week, any scale successes or non-scale successes to share? It can be big, or small. :)

I exercised 5 days this week, and it really made a difference.

CONGRATULATIONS! I am also trying to hit my next weight loss goal. Im shooting for 10 lbs this time. I have decided that Im going to try to eat out less. Now when we do eat out it is at Wendys or someplace like that and I usually get a salad. Their Apple Pecan Chicken salad is really good and so is their Berry Almond salad and they come with a lowfat dressing. I have lost 29 pounds since the start of June 2012 and hoping for mor . It will come. Keep up the good work.

Thank you Vicki! Eating out less is a good strategy, I try to eat out less because it's harder to count calories for food you haven't prepared for youself. I love my kitchen scales and weigh most of the food and all of the calorie dense food I put in my mouth, at a restaurant theres so much more guess work.

I haven't eaten at Wendys but those salads sound pretty great, especially the Apple Pecan. YUM!

Congratulations on your 29 pounds lost so far! That's fantastic! How are you going to reward yourself when you get to 30?
