Ever since CK introduced the "Groups" I haven't had much luck in finding an active one. Is this group active or is there a post here and there every few months.
My name is Jennifer and I have been part of CK since 2003. I have seen lots of changes over the year. I enjoy tracking my calories, even when I know the items I'm eating are not healthy, its an awareness factor for me. But recently I started a very low calorie diet with my physician and she wants me to bring in my food diary every week and so I have been tracking more often these days.
I also started to execise again recently, just slowly walking on the treadmill so I can build myself back up to where I used to be a few years ago. Baby steps right? Well I would enjoy getting to know more of you.
