.) I am so addicted to Blue Diamond, BOLD Wasabi and Soy Sauce flavored Almonds. I eat 1/2 of a serving as a snack which equates to 14 nuts / 85 calories in the morning and again in the afternoon. (You can print a coupon for 50 cents off at the Blue Diamond website.)
.) Fresh fruit like bananas (90 calories for a 6 inch) and Gala Apples (53 calories for the small ones).
.) Price's Lite Pimento Cheese (1.5 oz = 83 calories) + Whole Wheat Ritz crackers (5 = 70 calories) = Total 152 calories.
.) A toasted Lenders Little Cinnamon Pre-sliced Bagels (1 = 70 calories) + Jif Reduced Fat Crunchy Peanut Butter (1 Tbsp = 95 calories) = Total 165 calories --- YUMMO!
.) Kellogg's Fiber Plus Antioxidants Bars - Chocolatey Peanut Butter is the best for 130 calories. If you are craving sweets, this thing is like eating a candy bar but with the benefits of fiber, protein and antioxidants.
Other options are toasted whole wheat bread with a little reduced fat PB, low fat string cheese, a glass of skim milk, fresh veggies, etc., etc.
