How is everyone doing this year?

I am REALLY struggling - having some back problems which has got me down - and I am really trying to get back on CK on a daily basis during the work week... I'm actually up 2 lbs for the year - but still have a goal to lose 50 lbs before the end of the year... it's not time to give!

So - I'm tracking - doing my daily back exercises- working on that posture, drinking lots of water, and giving up junk food this week!

I know what you mean about a back problem. I have been down over a week. I has really got me going on this wgt loss. I have got to lose this wgt or this back problem will cont to haunt me!
I was able to get into the pool today and do some light walking and exercises. I feel pretty good so far. I just was put onto a steriod pac and I'm fighting some high blood sugars.
It seems so simple, every health problem I have is due to my wgt. You would think this is motivation enough!

I know what you mean- as my health deteriorates in front of my eyes - I still struggle to eat right for me.... let's figure this out!

Hey, Debra, am having a little difficulty getting a response to my replies. Don't know if I'm doing something wrong :(. Hopefully you will receive this and have a response for me. I have a SERIOUS amount of weight to lose so I am trying to set small managable goals for myself - like 3 - 4# weekly. Did great the first week - 5# - then this week gained some of it back! Just keep plugging away.
