Hello all: My name is Jeff Wolf I am coming up on my 50th birthday this year, and my life has been redefined by my choice. I have chosen to return to Calorie King after a few years of being away. I have been given a blessing this last year, I became a grandfather. My oldest daughter at age 20 had a little boy on October fourth. His name is Sonny Ray, the bad part is my daughter chose her abusive boyfriend over her son. So I now have custody of him and the way it looks will be adopting him. So I now have my youngest daughter Zada age 17 who is a huge help, and my wife who drives long haul trucks. This means she is on the road three weeks and home three days. So needless to say I have a lot of sleepless nights and a lot of chores now. So I need to get myself in shape to keep up with my new responsibility in life.
I love to fish. I was fishing the minimum of one day a week up to three months ago! That is my only hobby, I belong to a Pro Staff team by the name of Team Unigoop. The inventor of the product is a huge motivation for me. He was about 260 and he has trimmed way down by watching what he eats. I am tired of being the fat guy of the team!
I look forward to making supportive friends here, and hopefully becoming supportive of others!

WOW 91.4 pounds lost! Great job, and thank you for the welcome back. Really terrific job just hope I will be able to stay with the prgram to see that day! Thank You For being here and sharing.

You will get there! Just be proactive about your health and stay positive. Be sure to log everything! I still have a long haul ahead of me with more weightloss and then maintenance. I just keep small goals in mind like right now the other 7.8 pounds until I can say I've lost 100 pounds. Then I'll develop a new goal.
