Hello All,

I am Kesha and I am new to the site. I have tried to keep track of my calories in my head but it gets pretty confusing. I decided to give this a try and see how it goes. My goal is to lose 118 to 138 pounds.

I have always tried diets and the latest exercise dvds but I am determined to stick to it this time.

Hi Kesha. What I do is I "plan" my calories the night before or that morning. It holds me a little more accountable to what I am eating. I also have a little book that fits into my purse that I always have and just write down what I am eating: not the calories per say, but if I eat a banana, the lunch I brought to work and that cookie from a coworker, I know what I need to add to my calorie counter on here when I get home.
