Hello everyOne,

My name is Kristen and I am aiming to lose 118 pounds, but gain a whole lotta vibrant Life along this journey too, in discovering my Health again. I only plan to join one group, and so I am very pleased to find an active group for people with more than 100 pounds to lose: I send a thank you out to all those who have built and uphold this supportive space.... I certainly hope that over time, I will find my way into being a sustainably supportive voice here.

I am actually returning to CK, after a couple of years of trying to just do stuff "my way." However, recently, after a flare of acute pain that would not ease-up severely limited my living, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia... and soon realized that if I want a fulfilling life (I Do!) then I no longer have the choice to be obese and just ignore the "why" of it. Life is too amazing to not invest everything I have to give into living it fulfilled, and towards that liberation of a Health unique to my own body, which then liberates a lot more living for Me.

Even as I send myself best wishes for this vibrant journey to deep vitality, I also send such a wish out to all who read these words and care about themselves enough to be supported as they so support.

Truly,
Kristen

With Love bolder than Will alone,
I walk This Journey in meager might:
that Truth may release a Freedom's Grace
to grant me Courage & set me Free,
that Health is Becoming of Me...
