I would like to invite you all to read my blog about my Virtual Walking trip I am taking. Essentially, the trip is virtual but the walking is not! As I make my little stops along the way I do a little internet research and learn about the place I've "stopped" at. I would encourage you all to feel free and start your own virtual trip. It has done WONDERS for my motivation and I've lost 10 lbs in the last month and a half! I've actually posted it on my Facebook page and emailed it to close family members in an effort to gain constant support. I've made it so that people look forward to reading about my experiences and keep me motivated.
