M start was 225 down to 165 two years ago. But in2007, weight crept back up to 190.
I have been strict for the past two weeks, only once going over calorie allowance.
I have been drinking enough water.
I have been exercising a lot, but don't like "eating back" all those extra calories burned.
I have not lost anything 2008. Still 190 depressing pounds. Back to a size 16-18 .I want to scream and or cry. At lease my husband sees how dedicated to calorie restriction and exercise I am.
