Hi there,

I'm not new as far as my join date (last April), but I didn't use CK much until just recently. I have about 120 lbs to lose and the added challenge of PCOS and other health issues that make working out challenging. How are you doing so far?

As for controlling eating, I try to prep food for the week so I have easy healthy things to grab. Eating smaller frequent meals with high protein helps keep cravings at bay as well.

Hope that helps. :)

I always plan out my meals ahead of time before going out to eat...that has helped cut out a lot of calories! Also, packaging things to be serving size helps and keeping low calorie snacks on hand to get you through those cravings and hunger. Good luck and congrats on quitting smoking..its not easy!
