Good evening everyone. I have been with calorie king since the first week of october, So I am kind of new doing these threads. It took awhile for me to post my picture, but I finially got it.Yay!!I have to lose about 110+. I just need to put my mind into this. I just recently quit smoking, tommorrow it will be a week. I am really happy, I am trying to control my eating but it is hard. Any Ideas?
