Hope I'm not the only one still out here?
Okay, I didn't do so great with my goals for last week, so I'm going to try the same ones again this week.
1) I will log on to CK every single day.
2) I will log everything I eat/drink, even the bad news.
3) I will not binge eat.
To me number three means that, for this week, it's going to be okay if I overeat a bit. If I eat some junk. If I don't hit my calorie targets. I'm deeply troubled, and I need to start over, taking small steps. So, for this week, I'm just going to focus on avoiding the crazed binge eating - as in eating an entire package of chips, or cookies. If I can just hold off on that for a week, that'll be progress.
One of these days I'll get to figuring out why I've gone so far wrong. But right now I'm hunching down and trying to handle what I can.
