Weekly Thread for 8/18

I thought I'd re-start the thread where we discuss our goals for the week.
Anybody else game?

I've been looking at the "Charts and Reports" page here. My calories look pretty good, not perfect, but much improved, but my exercise is spotty. So that's my main focus for the week.

I'm going to exercise, do something, every day this week.

Nobody else posting, eh? Well, alright, even if I'm 'speaking to an empty room' (as somebody else put it) I'm going to forge on. Just in case there are some lurkers out there, reading, waiting for the time they feel comfortable enough to post.

It's Friday, and sadly, I've already failed in my goal for the week. Some days I simply didn't do anything. *sigh* I don't have any good reasons; just a bad case of the I-don't-wannas.

There's still today and the weekend, so there's three more days I can still make. Onward.
