Weekly Thread for week of 10/29/12

Hi All - Excellent work everyone last week!! Even though there were some set backs people seemed to pick themselves off and get back on track. You are all setting a great example for me and help keep me motivated.

I wish I could say I things are going to be better for me this week in getting things slowed down but I have some dead lines for contracts that need to be met and unfortunately I've had to wait for others to do their part, and now it's making it crunch time on me. I will be doing some serious dancing of joy when this business expansion stuff gets over. It's been going on since Sept. 2011 and I am soooooo done with this part of the process, but unfortunately it's not quite done with me .... yet.

I had a hit and miss week. I really need to get a grip on the late nights and lack of sleep. It just messes me up with the other goals for myself!!

So the following are my 3 health goals for the week:
1. Get to sleep with lights out by 10:00pm!!!!
2. See #1

I kinda fell apart at the end of last week. Didn't log into CK, and guess what? Fell back into binge eating. Hmmm, maybe there's a lesson to be learned there. I think I'll adjust my goals accordingly.

1) Exercise EVERY day. Do something.
2) Fill out my food diary... EVERY day
3) Log every single bite.

grrrr. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this.
