Loss/Gain this week: +1.1lb

What did you do this week that was good? Counted my calories 90% of the time.

What did you do this week that you can improve on? I need to count calories 100% of the time, and not cheat. Stay within my calorie target and not exceed that.

What non-weight thing did you do this week that you're proud of? I'm proud of myself for not getting stressed at work when it was a trying week, and not turning to junk food to deal with it. I'm proud of myself for going for a walk on the beach with my husband.

What does next week look like? More of the same, I plan to reduce my calorie intake to the recommended and count every calorie I put in my mouth. I plan to exercise 3 times this week to get myself back into exercising regularly.

I lost 1 pound
WHAT DID I DO THIUS WEEK THAT WAS GOOD
I met my carb intake most days and I didnt have ice cream at all this week.
WHAT DID I DO THIS WEEK THAT I CAN IMPROVE ON
I need to continue to watch what I eat and not get too much fat in my daily allowance.
WHAT NON WEIGHT THING DID YOU DO THAT YOU ARE MOST PROUD OF.
I didnt spend as much money, because I made myself stay home.
WHAT DOES THIS WEEK LOOK LIKE
The same as last except I have a drs appointment to have some skin tags removed and I get to step on the scales. I dont know if Im looking forward to that or not since I gained like 6 pounds over Labor Day weekend.

Thanks Jess for starting this weekly thread. :smile1: Should Monday's be our start day or another day of the week? I also like the questions to start us off. Vicki - way to go with the no ice cream for the week! :clap: I know ice cream is one of my comfort foods. I've done better having the Healthy Choice fudge bars when I get the craving.

I'm in the process of expanding my business so things have been a bit hectic this past year, but more so this past month as financial decisions are coming to a head. So my participation and my diligence is going to be me doing my best but I'm only going to concentrate on a couple of areas until things level off. Please be patient with me as I am at least moving in the right direction

Loss/Gain this week: Last week I lost 3.6 lbs, so I'm under 320!!

What did you do this week that was good? I took time to spend time with a couple of friends at a women's conference connected to church. It was fun being able to "play" with friends, and be up lifted at the same time!

What did you do this week that you can improve on? I'm am trying to make sure I get a fruit and plenty of protein in for breakfast, drink my water, and eat a lighter meal at the end of the day. I work late, so my dinner on work days is often pretty pathetic. I then have a tendency to "graze" when I come home. So since I'm not consistent or have this as a habit yet, I need to make these my focus for now.

What non-weight thing did you do this week that you're proud of? Attending the women's conference with friends. It was nice not to have to feel the stress from the business expansion for a day.

What does next week look like? Unfortunately about the same, but hopefully some major decisions will be done, and I can move to the next phase.

Again, great questions! Once we decision what day of the week people want this thread to start, whoever, starts it could put the date of the week in the title of the threat so we can find the current week easier!

What did you do this week that you can improve on? prepare my veggies ahead of time

What non-weight thing did you do this week that you're proud of? increased my steps, went from 2300 to 4668

What does next week look like? follow my plan and contine to add steps, this was a big deal for me as walking is a bit of a problem but I am proud of myself for getting this far.

LOSS/GAIN; Down 2 pounds
DID GOOD THIS WEEK; Was able to get into jeans 4 sizes smaller than before. I didnt wear jeans because I couldnt find them in my size, so I just wore Yoga pants . I will still wear them, cause they are string ties,BUT I now have 3 pair of jeans that I found in the back of my closet that I havent worn for 8 years.Got out of Walmart spending less than 40$ I never get out under 100$, Went to see my diabatologist to go over my A1C levels. They are down.4%.
WHAT CAN I IMPROVE ON; Watching my carbs. I do pretty wellbut, lately I havent been as good about it as I should.
NON WEIGHT THING MOST PROUD OF; Cleaned out my closet and Ive been wanting to do that for a few years. Took A BIG bag to Goodwill.
WHAT DOES THIS WEEK ;LOOK LIKE;Well gthis week is almost over, but it has been pretty good so far. Im waiting for Friday. I have a grandson being born by C-Section And Im excited. Not as much as his parents but still....
