I've been off track - not posting here, not taking care of myself.
Time to step up and get myself together.
I'll start the weekly goals thread again - see if anybody else is still here.
My 3 goals for the week are:
1) start logging into Calorie King regularly again
2) fill in EVERYTHING I eat in the diary.
3) related to #2... quit binging. It'll be okay if I don't hit the target calorie number, but I've just got to stop the out-of-control binging.
