funny i haven't felt this good in months :rock1:

I want to find my mojo today. :cry2: I was thinking I have eatten and got my green check but have not exercise. My cortisone shots I got for my knees yesterday are making me wonder if I should because my sugar is up and I feel a little light headed but my knees feel good. What if I can feel better by exercising?....seeing this about getting your mojo back makes me feel like I am making excuses:nono5:. I should at the very least try some low impact cardio. So I have decided that when I finish entering this blog reply, I am going to get up, go the the next room and try the bike. Listen to my body, if it does not feel right I can at least say I did try. I asked the Dr if I should limit any activity, and he said 'Trust you feelings.' So I did it.....and I do feel better:queen:

I'm getting cortisone shots in my knee today! i'm making sure i get my walk in before i go!

Dee, go to the veggies. Do you have any carrot sticks in the house? Noshing those usually helps me, since they're crunchy. Have a hug bowl of salad. DON'T go out and get anything junky.

Hang tough. You just gotta get the habit in the groove.

Ugh! I tried to get myself to have some fruit, but caved and ate cereal (Raisin bran Crunch) instead. Oh, it adds ups too fast. I guess I may have to break down and talk to hubby about buying cereal. I never buy it (other than oatmeal) and USED to be able to tell myself, "no that's his", but I'm way too out of control :bang:
