Ive been doing 6hrs of exercise a day and Im burned out.
I ordered Richard Simmons workout DVDs.I thought it might help .

I have to workout sitting in a chair.So, it gets old.Ive lost 24 pounds since
April 4,2010.I havnt lost anymore weight this week .It seems like once I get close to 200 pounds I have trouble losing .

There could be a lot of factors affecting your weight loss this way. If you would open up your diary, your CK family could make suggestions on how to get things going again.

So why do you have to workout sitting in a chair? I have to watch exercising on my feet because of a plantar fasciitis flare up. So I do most of my exercises with free weights, a stability ball and leg lifts.
