im jenn. im 37 and on saturday i decided that i have had it with feeling so poorly physicially and emotionally. i found this community and am looking forward to changing myself inside and out.
ive got so much to lose that it feels impossible to get to 'goal', so im going to focus on my mini goals. 5lbs here and there and 10,000 steps a day to start then moving on to my clothes fitting better and having more stamina in exercising.
im under the care of a phsyician and have a therapist, so now im just looking for a community of folks that are going through the same things i am.
im looking forward to getting to know you all!
