what is wrong with me?????

i just commented to Jess about the struggle weight loss is .. i should listen to my own advice HA!

i am so close to just give up and throwing in the towel
find a place that sells big clothes for 4'11'' peoples.....

it's so frustrating every time i get dressed or undressed
look at myself..question every food
have the stupid fight in my head to be strong and not eat pizza and ice cream
candy (very long list)
sat out of an adventure or didn't attend something because of my clothes or
lack of

so many times i start out strong and get my grove going (like now)
only to have in implode and give in to the binge foods :(

i know if i give up i will hit 300 pounds easily

Hang in there. I feel like that at times too, but giving up isn't worth it. We WILL get this right... it's not about perfection; it's about having more good days (moments) than bad. And even then, it's a process.

Syndey...Do not give up...remember, it is not only about how you look...but how you feel.:) Tune into the good things you are gaining right now since you started on program, in time the rest will follow. Learning how to deal with those things that causes your body to look and feel bad, can only be corrected by persistance in doing the right thing over TIME. Sometimes it may feel that it takes forever, but remember it took a lifetime to get you to that place you do not like in the first place.

i just wrote out my whole month of foods.. and stick to it
lack of money makes it easy not to go out and eat!
