I don't know about everyone else, but I have really struggled staying consistent and motivated . I re-joined CK in January, and since then it has been my "Everest" to stay on track. My job keeps me running around like a crazy person, where some days I don't even get a break. So eating on a regular schedule is sooo hard. Usually I'll just stick to eating a back of Cheez-itz to fill me up really quick... not good. I always tell my self every morning, "Ok Mandy... we're going to go to the gym and get a good work out in and pack a good lunch for work today." ... never happens. I have the worst self image right now... and I want to work hard to reach my goals but after really long crazy days at work, all I want to do is curl up on the couch and do nothing. Anyone else suffering from anything similar with tips to help me get back into gear???
