I'm on here because I'm in the military and have let myself go because of a lot of stressor's in my life over the last year. I'm newly engaged and would like to not be heavy for my wedding. I also want to improve myself for the military since I have younger enlisted looking up to me. I have lost 5 lbs since I started in June on my own, but i want to make sure I have something else to help me because I've always had weight issues. I'm at my heaviest, and I swore to myself I never would get past 200 and i am, don't want to be here no more. Just looking for support!
