I just have a question. I just started the program at the beginning of this week. I haven't figured out how meet the exercise goal based on my current schedule, so I haven't exercised this week yet; however, I have met or been lower (which I am trying not to do) than my calorie target everyday this week. I understand that exercise is very important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but how important have you found it? Were you (or are you) able to meet your calorie target without it, and if so, did you continue to lose 1 to 2 pounds per a week, or were you meeting your calorie target and not losing weight? Did you start the program without exercise, or do a combination of both from the beginning? What has worked for you? Also, how important have you found staying within the carb, fat, protein guidelines in that target nutrition section?
