help!

hey all

looking for some ppl to keep me on my toes. Have been less than successful thus far, and I've only got myself to blame (not recording in my diary because I know I went over.. basically cheating myself.)

i dont have any added friends on here right now, but some would be great.. who I can chat with about the program and just someone i can msg about it all.

For me writing stuff down even if I "cheat" is helpful. I also have a little pad of paper in the bag I always carry around that I write what I eat in. Not nessecarly the calories, but I write down "2 eggs for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, ice cream" etc so I know what I ate even if I slip up.
