Long Island NY

Hello I am 26 F, living in ny I am what I would consider active I snowboard, walk, hike, rock climb on the weekends but I can tell it is still not enough. I also volunteer with the the fire department and do some running around with that, but I often feel alone in my struggle and feel like there is just not enough time in the day.

I know I'm still new here. But what I started to so was actually track how i spent my time every day. So far I'm learning that I actually have more free time than I thought.

I've noticed that when I'm active, I am much hungrier, and I'll easily eat back all the calories I've just burned + some! So, even if you don't have time to add extra workouts on top of your daily activity, just keep track of your calories. You'll see a change:)

2010 Goal: Lose 1 lb per week

Eating is like drinking - you have to know when one more bite will do you in.
