Getting real

I may be talking to myself in this group, but here goes: I promise to actually use Calorie King to track my food and to dedicate at least 15 minutes a day to some form of exercise. It will be a specific, carved out time, not something I would be doing anyway; i.e., walking from the parking lot into work doesn't count. These are baby steps that I can achieve. ~BlueSkySpirit.
