I've put my bike away for the winter. I'm hoping for an early spring thus I'll dust off the Trek and get back on the road.

No such thing as bad weather for cycling. Just bad equipment. Not totally true since the snow has dominated the weather this Feb. I did my coldest ride ever a couple of weeks ago. It was 8 degrees and there was a 15 mph wind. Out for only 15 miles but it was better than the inside trainer. Honestly with the right clothing you can ride comfortably below 30 degrees F.
