Hi, My "can't get through"message seemed to get through, so I will try again
I am 73 and need to lose at least 40 pounds for my health. I have lost weight many times (but always seem to find it again) The programs that have worked for me had a daily check in, so I wanted to ask if I could report to ths group each morning.
Nothing lengthy, just how i am doing. If this seems excessive for what everyone else had in mind for the group, please let me know.
