Though I joined in July, I have not been visiting CK and not following the program. Hence my blood sugar is up and my weight is also up. I don't know why I am not doing the right thing even though I know all the right things to do. I have to seriously lose my weight to reduce my blood sugar and increase my HDL and reduce my Triglycerides.
I would really appreciate if any one out there to really motivate me. I have decided to sit CK everyday. I realy need someone to motivate me.
