Thanksgiving Dinner

My Thanksgiving Feast is as follows:
Roasted Butternut Sqaush Soup
Shrimp Cocktail
deviled eggs
rye toasts with sausage and cheddar
Turkey with Gravy
Mashed Potatos
Sweet Potato Casserole
Green Bean Casserole
Giner Honey Carrots
TRaditional Stuffing
Dinner Rolls
Pumpkin Pie

I know that this meal alone will set me WAY over my calories for the day:bang:. I plan on substituing low fat ingredients where possible and I make everything from scratch using fresh ingredients so I hope that will help a bit. I plan on cooking a traditional turkey for the family and then getting some turkey cutlets to cook for myself so I will avoid going nuts over the buttery bird.:smile1:

What is everyone else making this Thanksgiving? Anyone have good tips on how to make the holiday a little more calorie friendly?
