I love Mexican Food. I mean
LOVE
it. I especially love authentic mexican food. I have developed a new addiction to Tostada shells and small white corn tortilla's for tacos. Two of them run you about 100 calories for the shell.
Put some chicken breasts in the crock pot with salsa, make some black beans with cilantro and lime and place them on top of the shells with some queso fresco, lettuce, tomato and FF sour cream and you have a pretty authentic feast.
