I'm new to CK,2 weeks. I'm a 63 year old male. I'm in pretty good shape for the shape I'm in.
I don't know if I'm too old for your group or not. I'm 6ft, 261 lbs this morning, down from 265 two weeks ago. I am having a hard time understanding the calorie out calorie in concept. My target daily calorie intake is 2000. I think thats a little high, but that's ok. What I don't understand is if I swim and exercise everyday , and burn 800 calories, what good does that do if I eat an extra 800 calories to net 2000?
