Aging Process

One of the best things that middle aged people can do for their health is stretch. I don't stretch as much as I used to but I look forward to my 20 minute stretch when I can fit it into my schedule. :)

I agree stretching is good for us. My 92 year old Aunt does 10 minutes of stretches every morning and can still get down on the floor to play with kids.
