Hi. I'm a 66 yrs old and retired. My husband & I live in a small home in California. We really don't do a lot together because his health is not always the best. I like to walk, sew, read, do things with my children and grandsons and have lunch with friends. I've fought with my weight off and on for years. This year, I HAVE to get serious because my blood sugar is up to 122. 126 is diabetic. The Dr. told me that if I could lose 20 lbs and keep it off, it should help a lot. So far, I've been on CalorieKing for 2 weeks. I've lost 4 lbs. Hopefully, I can keep going. I hope that I receive some responses to this.
