If anybody is out there, I might fit the profile. I am 61, very active , very overweight. I'm at 247. I actully like to work out and am diciplined about that, I do a lot of exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I try to get 10000 steps in but more often than not land at about 7800. I actully feel good, am healthy, have good stats. I want to get rid of this weight. I like my life and want to contiue to live it in the fashion I'm accustomed to. I have a husband, and my sister lives with us. We are all enablers. My only bad habit is overeating. If anyone wants to hang out here, I'll try to be there for you. It sucks to be 60 so in my mind I'm 40. (Just so you know):
