Hi There Goldens! I will be 59 for 14 more days. I just recently got started again on CK after taking a long time away from it. I have never been involved in communities and am trying it to see if it will help me be more focused and involved. I really want to lose about 25 more pounds and think the support may help me. Hi! I'm new to the group too and I would like to lose at least 8 more pounds. I have just barely reached a "healthy weight" and I want to secure my stay at a BMI of 25. I welcome receiving and giving support to all of us trying to watch our weight and diet.
