Progress At Last!

After a five month rut of yoyoing back and forth I had a breakthrough. I lost 5 pounds this week!!! :clap::clap::clap: I know most of it is probably water weight but seeing my weight go down and not up, well, it just brings me to happy tears. Now, I know that counting calories really makes a difference. That and watching what you eat. And we can't forget the exercise. My hapiness just eminates. I feel that now I'm back on track with my weightloss and exercise goals.:thumbu2::thumbu2::thumbu2:

Update...I lost 4 more lbs. But my exercise routine is in the dumps. So I'm hoping this week will be different.

Awesome!! that's really good stuff. the exercise thing is so difficult to maintain. I'm either totally obsessive about it or I don't do it for weeks at a time.
