After a five month rut of yoyoing back and forth I had a breakthrough. I lost 5 pounds this week!!! 

I know most of it is probably water weight but seeing my weight go down and not up, well, it just brings me to happy tears. Now, I know that counting calories really makes a difference. That and watching what you eat. And we can't forget the exercise. My hapiness just eminates. I feel that now I'm back on track with my weightloss and exercise goals.![]()
