Hi! I'm 30...31 in a few weeks. I just joined CK on Monday, Feb. 2 and I really love it because it waits with you through the steps (finish 3 Calorie Target days, then 5, etc, before moving on to next segments), and the calorie and excercise logs are so user friendly. I'm starting at 180 and my goal weight is 150. I'm 5'4". Maybe if 150 is sustainable, I can shoot for the 140s. Thanks for starting this thread!
